Each coaching staff will be compensated 5% of their respective tryout division. (Command Division or Highlight Division). The earnings will be split equally between the coaches. CSE staff will take care of ALL tryout logistics including venue and date selection (with input from the coaching staff), pre-event marking and communications, email communication with registered players, creating the tryout schedule (with input from the coaching staff) and breakdown, tryout set up and breakdown, among many other tasks. CSE will have 3-7 CSE Staff Members at the tryouts and are financially responsible for all costs associated (Venue, Refs, staffing, all logistics, equipment, trainers, etc.)
